{¶1} Defendant-appellant Jeffrey S. Littler appeals from a $60,900 award of restitution imposed as part of his sentence following a plea of guilty to Theft of an amount of at least $5,000, but not more than $100,000. Littler contends that the award is not supported by the evidence, that it exceeds the amount corresponding to the degree of the theft offense to which he pled guilty, and that it was awarded without consideration...
