{¶ 1} Billy L. Cook pled guilty in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas to failure to notify a sheriff of a change of address, in violation of R.C. 2950.05, a third-degree felony. The trial court sentenced him to community control. The state appeals from Cook's conviction.
