DECISION AND JUDGMENT

YARBROUGH, J.

{¶1} This is an appeal from the judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, sentencing appellant to 73 years in prison, and ordering him to pay the "costs of supervision, confinement, assigned counsel, and prosecution as authorized by law." For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
