{¶1} Petitioner-appellant, Glidepath, LLC ("Glidepath"), appeals from the judgment rendered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of respondent-appellee, the Columbus Regional Airport Authority ("Airport"). In this matter, we must determine whether a public authority wrongfully rejected a bidder with respect to a competitively bid contract.
