OPINION

MARY JANE TRAPP, J.

{¶1} N.Z. appeals from a judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, which found him delinquent for raping his stepsister over a 15-month period of time. The court also classified him as a Tier III sex offender. For the following reasons, we affirm N.Z.'s adjudication, but vacate his classification and remand the case for a redetermination of his classification.
