OPINION

CYNTHIA WESTCOTT RICE, J.

{¶1} Appellant, Jeffrey A. Swank, appeals the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, granting the motion of appellee, Anna Manley, to dismiss and deny his request for visitation of the parties' minor children. At issue is whether the trial court violated appellant's constitutional rights by denying his request for visitation. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
