{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Franklin County Treasurer Edward Leonard, appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Jefferson Golf and County Club. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
