{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Mary Hoening appeals from a judgment of the Darke County Court of Common Pleas dismissing her claims for fraud and conversion against defendant-appellee Daniel Frick. Hoening contends that the trial court erred in finding that Hoening agreed to give Frick possession of real estate as of August 1, 2008.
