{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants Daniel Gray and the Shaw Group, Inc., appeal the trial court's judgment, entered following a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs-appellees Lawrence and Kathy Roy, denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, alternatively, for a new trial.
