{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Suleiman A. Refaei, appeals from a judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohio finding no liability on the part of defendant-appellee, Ohio State University Hospital ("OSU") on plaintiff's claim of discrimination under R.C. 4112.02. Plaintiff assigns a single error:

THE TRIAL COURT ERRED IN RULING THAT OSU'S FAILURE TO SELECT PLAINTIFF FOR THE MANAGER POSITIONS THAT EXISTED IN SPRING...
