{¶1} Appellant, Brandon Bennett, appeals from the judgment of the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

{¶2} On or about August 7, 2007, Jeffrey Wing was "hanging out" at the home of a friend, Robert "Steve" Tipton, along with appellant Brandon Bennett, a mutual acquaintance. Around midnight, Bennett and Wing were alone behind Tipton's garage...
