{¶1} Defendant-appellant Matthew Brumbach was sentenced to 50 years to life in prison after a jury found him guilty of five counts of rape. Brumbach was designated a Tier III sex offender or child victim offender under the current version of R.C. Chapter 2950, 2007 Am.Sub.S.B. No. 10 ("S.B. 10").
