{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Kim L. Anderson, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to vacate a void judgment. Defendant assigns a single error:

THE TRIAL COURT ABUSED ITS DISCRETION AND ERRED TO THE PREJUDICE OF THE APPELLANT, BY DENYING HIS MOTION WITHOUT A HEARING.
