{¶1} Relator, Lisa Cowley, commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order exercising continuing jurisdiction over the allowance of her claim, disallowing her claim based on fraud, and further ordering recoupment to respondent, Lutheran Home, pursuant to R.C. 4123.511(K).
