{¶1} Plaintiff-Appellant, Marden Rehabilitation Services, Inc. appeals the decision of the Columbiana Court of Common Pleas in favor of Defendant-Appellee, E. Liverpool Convalescent Center Inc. dba Adkins Care Center. The trial court found Marden was equitably estopped from prevailing on its breach of contract claim.
