{¶1} Appellant, David Willan, appeals from his convictions of multiple offenses in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. For the reasons that follow, we affirm Mr. Willan's convictions of three counts of false representation in the registration of securities, and one count each of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, tampering with records, and falsification, but reverse the remainder...
