{¶ 1} We are asked to determine whether appellant Industrial Commission of Ohio abused its discretion by ordering self-insured appellee, Sears Roebuck and Company, to pay a medical bill submitted by appellant Timothy Mathews for a 1998 doctor's visit. Upon review, we find that it did.

{¶ 2} Mathews was injured in an industrial accident on October 13...
