{¶ 1} Appellant William Martin II was on trial in the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for seven felony counts when he filed a pro se motion to dismiss on speedy trial grounds. Appellant questioned why his trial had been postponed after his attorney withdrew and new counsel was appointed.
