{¶1} Trisha M. Holzer appeals from a judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, which affirmed the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission's denial of her unemployment benefits. The Review Commission found Ms. Holzer to have been discharged for just cause for her conduct of a promotional raffle, and therefore ineligible for the benefits.
