{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Anthony K. Bolling appeals from an order of the trial court denying his motion to dismiss the charges against him on speedy trial grounds. Bolling contends that because the 2003 judgment entry of conviction omitted the manner of his conviction, it was not effective as a judgment entry of conviction and sentence.
