{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Frederick J. Hlinovsky, Jr., appeals the decision of the Belmont County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration in his system with a specification of a previous felony OVI conviction, and sentencing him accordingly.
