VUKOVICH, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Jeffrey Lucas appeals the division of assets and assignment of debt ordered by the Noble County Common Pleas Court in its judgment granting a divorce to appellee. First, the husband contests the court's valuation of the marital portion of the residence he shared with plaintiff-appellee Stacey Lucas.
