{1} Appellant Raphael Butler is appealing the judgment of the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas overruling a motion to correct his sentence. The motion alleged that his sentence is void because it does not contain a notice regarding post-release control as required by R.C. 2929.19(B)(3).
