RINGLAND, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Donald Lampley, appeals his conviction and sentence in the Hamilton Municipal Court for sexual imposition.

{¶2} In December 2010, appellant was charged with sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.06. The charge stemmed from an allegation that on December 16, 2010, while stopping at an insurance agency to pick up an insurance policy, appellant grabbed the buttocks...
