HENDRICKSON, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellee, Pete Snyder, appeals his convictions and sentences in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas on one count of grand theft by deception and three counts of passing bad checks, following his no contest plea to those charges. We affirm the trial court's decision to impose consecutive sentences on Snyder for his convictions on two of the three counts of passing bad checks because those offenses...
