{¶1} Appellant, James C. Clark, appeals his conviction of felonious assault, a violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2) and a second degree felony. The conviction is pursuant to a jury verdict after a jury trial in August 2010 in the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas. In an October 27, 2010 judgment, the trial court sentenced appellant to serve a four year prison term for the offense...
