{¶ 1} Following a bench trial, defendant-appellant, Damonta L. Williams, appeals from the conviction and sentence imposed for having a weapon under disability. A police officer searching a vehicle in which Williams had been a passenger found a loaded handgun on the floor of the rear seat that Williams had occupied.
