{¶1} Defendant-appellant Leon Bradley appeals his bench-trial conviction for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, in violation of R.C. 2907.04(A). The trial court sentenced Bradley to one year in prison and labeled him a Tier II sex offender under Am.Sub.S.B.
