DISCIPLINARY CASE.

On November 3, 2011, this court indefinitely suspended respondent, Percy Squire, from the practice of law. On December 5, 2011, respondent filed a joint affidavit of compliance and motion to place documents under seal. It has come to the court's attention that respondent failed to file the requisite number of copies of the motion as required by S.Ct.Prac.R. 8.5(A).
