{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant/cross-appellee, J.D. Pavement Maintenance d.b.a. United Paving ("appellant"), appeals the common pleas court's judgment rendered after a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs-appellees/cross-appellants, Ruthie and Frank Marzullo (the "Marzullos").
