{¶1} Respondent-appellant, Hiwot Girsha (Mother), appeals the decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, dismissing for lack of jurisdiction her motion for modification of parenting orders on a foreign decree.1 We reverse the decision of the trial court.
