RINGLAND, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Damon Dodson, appeals from his conviction in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas for one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and one count of trafficking in marijuana. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm.
