{¶ 1} On June 16, 2010, appellants, Eddie Hmeidan and Mimi Hmeidan, formerly known as Mimi Hamdan, filed a complaint against appellees, Ziad Rawahneh and Goodtimes Pub & Drive Thru, Inc., stemming from appellee Rawahneh's purchase of Goodtimes Pub from appellants.
