OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} James A. Schooler, Sr. was convicted after a jury trial in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas of possession of crack cocaine, in an amount less than one gram, a fifth degree felony. The trial court sentenced him to twelve months in prison, to be served concurrently with any sentence Schooler received on pending federal charges. Schooler's driver's license was also suspended for one year.
