{¶1} Appellant, Brian P. Largent, administrator of the estate of Alvin Largent, deceased, appeals the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas granting appellees' joint motion for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
