{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant Evans Landscaping, Inc., ("Evans") appeals the trial court's judgment awarding defendants-appellees Tony and Sharla Stenger (the "Stengers") $42,490 on their breach-of-contract and nuisance counterclaims against Evans relating to the construction of a pond.
