{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants Daniel and Frances Siegel appeal from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees LifeCenter Organ Donor Network ("LifeCenter"), Lynne Beebe, the Cincinnati Eye Bank ("Eye Bank"), and Donna J. Schruffenberger. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment in favor of LifeCenter and Beebe on the state law claims. We affirm...
