{¶1} Appellant-appellant, Felice Howard, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming a judgment of the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission ("the commission") that denied appellant's claim for unemployment benefits. For the following reasons, we reverse that judgment and remand the matter to the trial court with instructions.
