HENDRICKSON, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Nathan S. Bainum, appeals the decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs-appellees, Janet Liegel and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm).1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
