{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants, John Caplinger, Jr. and Sandra Nelson, appeal the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Korrzan Restaurant Management, Inc. (Korrzan). We affirm the decision of the trial court.
