OPINION
FROELICH, J.
{¶ 1} Joshua A. Penny was convicted by a jury in the Miami County Court of Common Pleas of receiving stolen property in the amount of $500 or more but less than $5,000. The trial court sentenced him to eight months in prison and ordered him to pay court costs. Penny appeals from his conviction. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be affirmed.
