DISCIPLINARY CASE

On November 3, 2011, this court indefinitely suspended respondent, Percy Squire, from the practice of law. On November 14, 2011, respondent filed a motion for reconsideration with the court. It has come to the court's attention that some of the exhibits attached to respondent's motion contain personal identifiers, as defined by Sup.R. 44(H), which have not been redacted.
