DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, J.

{¶ 1} This appeal is before the court following the November 19, 2010 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor defendants-appellees, Kevin and Kjelli Holmes and the city of Toledo, in a slip and fall action commenced by plaintiff-appellant Clarence Holt. Because we agree that no genuine issues remain for trial, we affirm.
