HUTZEL, J.
{¶1} Appellant, Alba Chamblin, appeals the decision of the Brown County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, dismissing her motion for visitation with her grandson. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the juvenile court's decision and remand for further proceedings.
