{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Anthony Martemus ("Martemus"), appeals his burglary conviction. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.
{¶ 2} In April 2010, Martemus was charged with burglary and theft. The case proceeded to a jury trial at which he was found guilty of burglary and not guilty of theft. He was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions...
