{¶ 1} Appellant Melvin Bonnell appeals the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas that denied his motion for resentencing and to issue a final, appealable order. For the reasons stated herein, we reverse the decision and remand the matter to the trial court for the issuance of a nunc pro tunc entry consistent with this opinion.
