{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, National City Commercial Capital Corporation1 appeals from the Butler County Common Pleas Court's decision on remand from this court to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction appellant's breach-of-contract claims against defendants-appellees, Jerry Bullard d.b.a.
