{¶1} On March 14, 2011, at approximately 7:15 a.m., plaintiff, Kevin Bryant, was traveling westbound on State Route 2 "just past the Lost Nation Bridge" when he struck a series of potholes and damaged his passenger side front and rear tires. Plaintiff asserted that the damage to his automobile was proximately caused by negligence on the part of defendant, Department of Transportation (DOT), in maintaining a hazardous roadway...
