{¶1} Akie H. Benjamin appeals the trial court's denial of his Motion to Vacate Void Sentence Pursuant to R.C. 2953.08(A)(4). Benjamin contends that his sentence was void because the trial court failed to impose a statutorily mandated driver's license suspension, and thus, he is entitled to a resentencing hearing. We agree.
