OPINION

ROGERS, P.J.

{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Kenneth Hollins, appeals the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Hancock County sentencing him to a nine-year prison term. On appeal, Kenneth contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress, and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
